Responsible to provide interpretation and secretarial support for Japanese CEO. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for Merchandizing Department. Screening and handling phone calls and enquiries. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and often corresponding on behalf of the CEO To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Fluency in Japanese and English, Written and Verbal Communication. Good communication and interpersonal skill. May require to travel domestic and overseas
