Recruitment Consultants (Indoor Sales)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the whole recruitment process from sourcing the candidate, pre-screen, interview to offer negotiations, and ensure successful closure of each job order from all customers
  • Develop consistent new enquiries & business order from all customers
  • Proactively communicate and engage with clients and candidates with speedy delivery of customer services
  • You enjoy meeting / networking and interviewing candidates and clients.
  • You are focus to find the right fit candidates and place their career in your good hands.
  • You have the energy, organizing skills and decisiveness to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.

Requirement:
  • A highly self-motived diploma/degree holder with minimum 1-2 years working experience
  • Good analytical mind with strong business acumen
  • Proactive individual with positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Proven track record of leading a successful recruitment process with professional and leadership positions
  • Ability to deliver outstanding client service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
