Once the client has confirmed the service agreement, JAC Recruitment will process the job enquiry given. |

Receive job specifications from client via telephone, fax or e-mail.
|
|
Visit client for detailed discussion on the company background and job specifications given.
|
|
JAC's consultant will source for candidates from existing database, advertisement & other methods.
|
|
Client will receive the potential candidates’ profile or resume. Client can shortlist those candidates whom they would like to interview.
|
|
We will arrange the initial and any subsequent interview on behalf of our client.
|
|
Having interviewed the candidates, client can choose a suitable candidate, if any, with an offer to be made.
If no candidate is selected, we will repeat the process from Step 4.
|
|
With a final decision made, client and candidate should agree upon the date of commencement, remuneration and other details. Client then presents the candidate with an employment letter and sends a duplicate copy to JAC Recruitment.
|
|
On the date of commencement, we will contact the client to ensure that the candidate has fulfilled the agreement. After this stage, we will issue an invoice to the client according to the terms of service agreement.
