JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible the achievement of Auto Finance sales target
- Implement Sales & Markting strategies and carry out the action plan accordingly
- Ensure all account managers to achieve excellent customer service standard by strict monitoring & continuous improvement process
- Ensure the team to achive the sales tartget particularly in Auto Finance
- Conduct meeting between respective departments and sales staffs
- Ensure the operations of the team comply with company's SOP
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree Marketing /Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 8-10 years of working xperience in banking / hire purchase industries
- Passionate in sales (result oriented) and operations
- Willing to work in East Coast
