JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Handle a full set of accounts and ensure that monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts, financial report, budget, taxation and costing are prepare on timely manner
- Must possess a strong analytical ability to manage all accounting aspects which include AP/AR, Cashflow, cost management and budgetary management
- Able to interact and liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretaries and regulators, ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audits, corporate tax, income tax and SST fillings
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource & Administration functions including company policies & procedures, employee relations, recruitment & selection, payroll administration, performance management, training & development and administration
- Understand Employment Act and manage HR, payroll, claims and budgetary aspects
- Manage and coordinates administration of staff annual leave, medical leaves and others
- Carry out full administrative functions to ensure smooth operation in the organization
- To perform other ad-hoc task as and when required by the management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional Qualification or Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Required languages; English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin in written and spoken
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
