Job Description:
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders; negotiate and close sales deals.
Provide product presentations, demos, and technical support to customers.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and complete projects smoothly.
Handle after-sales support such as service requests, repairs, and follow-ups.
Attend site visits, installations, inspections, and technical briefings when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Coordinate with suppliers on product and technical matters.
Follow up on payments and manage customer accounts.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and project updates.
Ensure work follows company standards, safety rules, and procedures.
Support showroom, marketing, and event activities when required.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of working experience in after-sales service, technical support, or within the sanitary ware / building materials industry.
Knowledge of sanitary ware products, plumbing systems, and installation practices will be an added advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers effectively.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for on-site visits.
