JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct technical support to support commercial and marketing needs.

Work closely with key stakeholders such as the Building & Construction (B&C) commercial and marketing teams to implement overall B&C strategy and meet business objectives for B&C.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.

Explore business opportunities and expand market share within the region.

Create demand of product through specification work with related parties.

Establish and build effective relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and installers.

Analyse local competitive landscape, identify market needs and suggest products to fill gaps.

Provide regional fitness for use information to assist in quality improvement initiatives.
-
Liaise with internal and external partners on new product development including execution and reporting on field trials.

Apply technical knowledge to engage customers to develop critical insights on customer needs. Translate these market insights into critical R&D inputs for new product development
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field or related disciplines.

At least 3 years of business or technical experience in the B&C Industry and a minimum of 3 years’ customer-facing experience.

Strong knowledge of B&C materials and techniques.

Experience in technical and customer support, training and/ or product development.

Excellent inter-personal skills with demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.

Should have high energy with strong initiative and self-motivation.
-
Willing to travel.
