Company Overview:
Our client is a food ingredients manufacturer specializing in margarine, shortening, and specialty fats and oils for the bakery, confectionery, and food processing industries across Southeast Asia.
Currently they are looking for Sales Executive/ Assistant Sales manager to home-based in KL and require travel to Johor for events and reporting.
Job Description:
Manage customer and distributor relationships through regular visits and after-sales support.
Promote company products and identify sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, sales forecasts, and reports.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Review contracts and recommend pricing strategies.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and support sales projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food ingredients, bakery ingredients, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
Experience managing distributors, key accounts, and industrial customers.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel frequently to Johor (HQ).
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin due to market that support.
Understanding of the bakery, confectionery, and food manufacturing market.
