JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To plan, coordinate and implement all operation objectives & KPI.

Troubleshoot operational problems, incident report, provide efficient solutions and effective counter measure.

To correspond and liaise with overseas office and agents.

Monitoring, supervising all operation activities and lead Customer Service and Forwarding head of department for internal/external matters
-
To coordinate all operations business unit/Department and operation system for smoothens up the operation process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Proactive personality, strong problem solving and analytical skills, performance driven, result oriented.

Extensive knowledge and experience in custom procedures, transport, shipping or logistics environment.
