A well-established manufacturing-driven organization with a strong global presence is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support its operational and strategic objectives.
This role plays a critical part in analyzing business and manufacturing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending data-driven improvements. The position focuses on enhancing operational effectiveness through actionable insights while driving standardization and best practices across global manufacturing sites.
The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, improve systems and organizational structures, and support strategic decision-making through advanced analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable business and operational insights.
Design, develop, and implement robust data collection frameworks and analytical strategies.
Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring and management decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
Identify, document, and proliferate best practices across global manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency and standardization.
Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems and platforms.
Stay current with industry trends, analytical tools, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Manufacturing Operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical capability to evaluate complex datasets, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as LabVIEW, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of business operations, manufacturing processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse stakeholders toward common business objectives.
