Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
Promote and sell company products, solutions, and services to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Printing Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial products, manufacturing, engineering solutions, printing, screen printing, electronics, or related industries.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may be considered.
Business level of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Having Japanese skills is an advantage.)
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
