The Channel Sales Executive role is suitable for a sales professional who enjoys building strong dealer partnerships and driving channel performance. This role will focus on strengthening retail sell-out, supporting dealer-led projects, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage dealer relationships as the main point of contact for product, pricing, stock availability, logistics, and after-sales enquiries
Conduct regular dealer visits across Malaysia to strengthen business relationships, support retail sales, and advise on showroom optimisation
Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales Administration, Technical, Logistics, and Project teams, to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective issue resolution
Support dealer-led projects through project registration, pricing guidance, proposal submission, and project tracking until completion.
Provide product and technical advisory support through presentations and guidance to dealers, developers, interior designers, and architects
Communicate product updates, new model launches, certifications, and sales expectations to dealers in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
At least 3 years of working experience in sanitary ware, building materials, or a construction-related industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Able to communicate effectively with dealers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations
Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive, with flexibility to travel nationwide when required
Malaysian citizenship or relevant work authorization
