JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in handling invoices and other related documents and admin tasks
Attending to customer on PO, fulfilment delivery enquires
Work closely with planner to ensure production output and delivery on timely manner
Provide good sounds solutions to customers' enquires and feedback
Leading a customer service team
Ad hoc task assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Management
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu
Preferably 5 year(s) of customer service or production planner working experience in manufacturing environment
Good communication and good leadership skills
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Result oriented
