Job Descriptions
Responsible on overall operations of Plants 1, 2 or 3 respectively.
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and / or distribution of products.
Engage in key or targeted customer activities and establish key direction for all departments.
Tracking and analyzing KPIs, preparing reports for upper management, and identifying areas needing improvement.
Overseeing operational budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines, and managing expenditures.
Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solution to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Provide leadership to a team of managers and staff and set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide developments opportunities.
Job Requirements
Min Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any related field.
Min 8 to 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry or any related industry.
Proven experience in management role with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multi-department operations
Knowledge in ISO / IATF standards
