JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing operations and providing reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI.

Be a thought leader and the digital expert for local marketing and operations teams.

Plan, setup and optimize “always on” digital advertising channels for all markets.

Provide digital media plans and insights to local marketing teams on both tactical and branding campaigns.

Work with local and regional stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL/BTL and paid/owned channels.

Formulate quarterly digital marketing plans, strategies and budgets with local teams across all verticals in your market.

Work with local business units to ensure key goals and KPIs are being achieved.

Own all performance targets and budgets in your market.

Monitor and optimize paid and owned channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale.

Provide local insights and learnings to regional performance team.

Growth hacking - explore workarounds and innovative ways to improve key metrics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
2-5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar field.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or other advertising / technical subjects preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks.

Experience in media and campaign planning, execution and presentation.

Excellent organization, project management and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of online marketing landscape and current advertising tools and channels.

Familiarity with at least one South East Asian language preferred.

Self starter with great learning attitude, able to learn and pickup new capabilities fast.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Able to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Good with numbers, analytical minded and possessing great problem solving skills.
