JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing plans and preparing annual sales / expenses budget in line with overall Company’s budget.
Developing and implementing Sales / After Sales (merchant) Plan to achieve budgeted sales target.
Develop and implement plans to ensure achievement of volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Provide input on pricing of vehicles.
Monitor the automotive industry, analyse forecast and deliver market share, sales volume, and profitability.
Understand competition and brand difference, develop and implement sales / after sales programs to improve sales and profitability.
Coaching, motivating, and developing the sales force to acquire the necessary skills in dealing with the fast-changing business.
Identify and initiate staff training and development programmes to raise the quality and productivity of the sales staff.
Develop a succession plan for own position and dealer principles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in any displine
At least 10 years of working experience in automotive industry.
Specialise in luxury car brand would be added advantage.
Good communication and ability in dealing with all levels.
Good team player.
Ability in leading team with minimum supervision.
