JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain and develop new business potential corporate clients including Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises and Industries ("SME or SMI"), Multi-National Companies

("MNC") and Public Listed Companies ("PLC").

To Initiate business plan, executive & monitor effectively to achieve pre-set key driver target

Develop, guide and manage associates KPI on the achievement of agreed sales, service quality and career development

To ensure proper implementation and full participation in internal activities and other related programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Risk Management industry or any related fields.

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese in order to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Able to execute sales strategic plans effectively.

Processes good training and sales coaching skills

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivated are essential.
