Our client is a well-known international brand. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions for their branch operations in PTP, Johor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and meet branch hiring KPIs.
Oversee key HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, incentives, and employee relations.
Drive corporate culture initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Partner with headquarters on HR projects such as employee engagement, manpower planning, organizational optimization, and talent reviews.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Support business growth by ensuring timely onboarding of qualified talent.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment and general HR management.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
