Our client is a well-known EMS company located in senai, Johor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise and co-ordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs
- Manage and post job advertisement; ensure documentation compliance on hiring prerequisite
- Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare salary proposals, offer letters for new hires, arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires
- Conduct induction and orientation for new hires and exit interviews
- Responsible and involve in employee engagement activities
- Update and prepare monthly and quarterly manpower financial reports
- Work with Finance on manpower budget and forecast
- Organise and participate in external job fairs and internships
- Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience preferably in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
