JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all payroll administration matters including payroll processing and journal preparation (4 Cycles)
- Ensure that the administration of salary and benefits matters are in compliance with statutory requirements and in adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures related to payroll, salary and benefits
- Prepare payroll related reports according to schedule
- Assist with the budgeting process
- Assist with the administration of the employee benefits i.e. insurance, GHS, GPA, festival etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a degree/ diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of solid working experience in payroll administration
- Has experience in supervising a team
