- Backup, testing, and support in product with minimal technical knowledge in IT.
- Assist superior or colleague to prepare presentation/ document for recommendation to the client.
- Accommodates travel whenever necessary to multiple sites within a region for support on sites.

- Liaise with superior or colleague to seek support advise.
- Coordinate with superior or colleague for support arrangement.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Possess own car.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
