JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Online banking and treasury management (account activity maintenance, checking balance, etc)
- Making payments for invoices received
- Managing the treasury (capital/funds)
- Admin support for the team, such as data entry, document creation, etc.
- Assist and provide support to colleagues in Japan office regarding cash management work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business level of Japanese and English
- Strong communication skills with an eye for details
- Flexibility to work in an international work environment and collaborate efficiently with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Quick and positive thinker with excellent teamwork
- Willing to try variety of tasks
- Excellent time management and planning skills to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
