JAPANESE SPEAKING DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST [AK-2511]

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the APAC offices by processing service order using SAP
• Deliver the operational efficiency in the back-office
• Receive the customer PO and create the contract
• Renew quotation and contract follow up 
• Create and maintain the install database
• Generate the invoice to customer
• Run the daily report to reduce the back-log

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
• Ability to write and speak clearly and concisely with fluency in English and Japanese (JLPT N3)
• Data maintenance experience would be an added advantage
• Willing to work in Shah Alam
