- To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- To manage schedule meetings and appointments.
- To organize, coordinate and take minutes in the meetings.
- To translate and interpret Japanese documentations such as email, memo, work instruction etc to Malay/ English/Mandarin or vice versa accurately.
- To facilitate smooth and effective communication between individuals who speak Japanese and different languages.
- Make travel arrangements, prepare reports or presentation slides.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation & requirements.
- Carry out any others duties as & when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Japanese, English and Malay
- Good in communication, interpersonal skills
- Has translator experiences will be an advantage
