The company possesses proprietary, hard‑to‑replicate technology in seamless capsule production, which is widely used in pharmaceuticals, supplements, and food products.
This role is ideal for Malaysian in Malaysia or someone currently residing in Japan who wish to learn advanced Japanese manufacturing technology and later support business expansion in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be involved in the manufacturing of seamless capsules, a proprietary technology used to encapsulate ingredients such as bifidobacteria and deliver them to the most suitable area of the human body.
All inspection and packaging processes are handled by other departments; this role focuses on core production processes including:
Weighing (Raw Materials Preparation)
Measure dozens of raw materials according to production requirements.
Products are safe for oral intake; hazardous chemicals are not used.Mixing / Blending
Load materials into mixing tanks and set temperature and mixing time.Capsule Formation
Transfer blended materials into capsule manufacturing machines to form capsules.
Capsule quality is sensitive to temperature and humidity, so hands‑on training and support from experienced staff will be provided.Drying
Remove surface oil and moisture after formation using airflow drying, resulting in finished, hardened capsules.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma holder in Engineering or Science.
Japanese language ability JLPT N2.
