JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop market penetration plans and strategies for assigned and new territories.
Develop relationship with key and new potential customers.
To work closely with all departments to facilitate daily routine activities.
Administer pricing requests by customers, according to general guidelines.
Monitor market demand, pricing changes and analysis of competitive pricing information.
Gather market and competitors’ intelligence (prices, product development, market strategies).
Translate guidelines and market dynamics into pricing and market strategies to maximize company profits.
Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales targets.
Support yearly sales budget planning.
Responsible for customers’ payments’ monitoring & collection.
Submission of monthly sales & market reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Chemistry or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of Industrial Sales experience.
Must have experience in B2B and able to assimilate into B2C business model.
Having strategic selling skill sets would be an added advantage.
Able to responsive to a quick moving working environment with regards to enquiries from external and internal customers.
Able to engage and hold a conversation with others.
Self-confident, independent and co-operative.
Willing to travel.
