Our client is an established manufacturing company in Pasir Gudang, Johor
Responsibilities
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, PCs, printers, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Lead the implementation and deployment of a new ERP system across the organization.
Analyze existing business processes and convert workflows into automated ERP processes.
Gather requirements from production, procurement, warehouse, sales, finance, and other departments.
Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage data migration, system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements.
Administer user accounts, access rights, backups, and system maintenance.
Assist in IT security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Prepare IT documentation, reports, and inventories.
Provide technical support and perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT support, ERP system with manufacturing industry.
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred) with the ability to communicate with Japan Headquarters.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
