Job Overview
Responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple M&E projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance.
Prepare proposal for new enquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E project management.
Experience in managing MEP, HVAC, cleanroom, data center, industrial or construction projects would be an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc.).
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
