The Manager, Talent Strategy role is a strategic HR opportunity focused on shaping job architecture, performance management and workforce analytics. This role partners closely with business leaders to support organisational growth, strengthen talent planning and enable data-driven human capital decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of job architecture, performance management frameworks and workforce analytics
Optimise organisational structure to support business growth and accurate performance measurement across all levels
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
Provide insights on workforce planning, organisation design and talent requirements
Support business transformation and change initiatives
Analyse workforce and organisational data to provide recommendations that improve business performance
Equip leadership with data-driven insights to support informed human capital decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field
Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role focused on Talent Strategy or Organisational Development
Deep experience in workforce planning, manpower forecasting and job architecture within a sales-driven business model
Strong ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics and manage expectations of senior leadership and external consultants.
Professional certification in Job Analysis or HR Analytics, such as SAP or SuccessFactors, would be an added advantage
