Perform research and development of latex.

Evaluate product failure and identify root cause and take corrective actions.

Evaluate new processing methods in development of latex production technique.

Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by the Management
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Bioprocess/Material Engineering.

Ability to work independently and a team player

Critical thinking mind set and ability to multi-task
-
Lean &/or Six Sigma certification and practical exposures
