Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage product development projects to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Develop and optimize manufacturing process flows to support new product introduction and production readiness.
Coordinate tooling transfers and technical activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare product costing and support customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.
Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and routing setup for new products.
Review technical data, analyze FA (Failure Analysis) results, and implement corrective and improvement actions.
Monitor and update cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to support successful product launches.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Metal Stamping and/or Sheet Metal Fabrication will be a distinct advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of product development processes and manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of tooling, BOM management, and process flow development is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project coordination and communication abilities.
Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
