JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead in the setting up of the production department, conduct design review, optimize production flow manage compounding formulation , line optimization and Process Engineering of Glove manufacturing
- Develop and Implement SOP , WI and KPI in compounding , Production .WIP, Packaging and warehouse operation
- Ensure All Safety Procedure are followed and in compliance to SHE regulation
- Develop a lean department structure and ensure all SOP are implemented and periodic reviewed
- Conduct daily meeting with line supervisor to ensure daily target output, quality and yield are achieved
- Execute production plan with Plan capacity above 98%
- Monitor daily performance of all dipping machine
Develop Teams using Lean Six Sigma for Improvement in Quality, Cost and Output - To be a mentor to lead the operation team to be motivated, resourceful and productive
- To have good inter department relationship enhancing high level of department performance
- Reporting daily production activities, KPI , Quality and taking actions for continuous improvement
- Conduct performance appraisal on Subordinates
- To undertake any projects or task assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, or its equivalent
- Possess knowledge of Lean Six Sigma., QMS ISO 9001 and 13485
- Excellent Team Player, Self-starter and has good leadership skill
