JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the CEO’s calendar, bookings, appointments, meetings, lunch or dinner reservations with clients, transportation, and interviews.
- To manage office administration issues on bookings for meeting rooms and venues, general document filings, meeting minutes, expenses for submissions, and tariff committee meetings chaired by CEO.
- To support for CEO on compiling data for preparations of slides and revision of reports and follow ups.
Maintain CEO’s office systems, including data management and filing. - To support for CEO on compiling data for preparations of slides and revision of reports and follow ups.
- Assist CEO in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the CEO’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Organise meetings and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Supervise all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Diploma in Secretarial.
- Strong knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures
At least 3 year(s) experience working in similar position is required. - Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
- Good inter-personal skills and must be able to communicate effectively with all level of staff
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Strong attention to detail and accuracy and able to multi-task.
- Independent, accountable, highly motivated with initiative-taking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
