JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the plating operations team to consistently deliver high-quality products in line with output targets and yield goals.
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians across all wet chemical processes, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive departmental KPIs with full accountability for yield performance, product quality improvement, and team development.
Collaborate with management, production, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on plating expansion project specifications, requirements, and implementation plan.
Manage plating line operations end-to-end, including tank chemistry, process development, waste management, and compliant disposal practices.
Oversee the chemical analysis laboratory to ensure consistent bath chemistry stability and process integrity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Plating Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experiences in an electroplating or wet chemistry environment at leadframe manufacturing industry.
Hands-on knowledge of quality and process tools including SPC, Control Plans, PFMEA, DOE, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
