A manufacturer of automotive safety devices located at Negeri Sembilan is looking for a dynamic assistant production manager to be part of their team and grow together with the company.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for new machine and line installation verification process to ensure the productivity output is as planning.
- Ensure an adequate standard operating procedure and others standard required in each of manufacturing process.
- Implementing periodical check of production process including operators working behavior that might be impact to the product quality and productivity.
- Execute the production master plan issued by sales department with 100% achievement.
- Responsible for manpower preparation with provide adequate training contents and competent for the new process of manufacturing.
- Implementing the improvement activity for the safety or productivity improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or any related engineering from recognize College or University.
- Minimum 10 years of working experiences in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
- Good in MS Excel, able to use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting. Knowledge in creating pivot chart is an added advantage.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
- Experience in management and arrangement of project base such as new product development APQP team etc.
- Familiar with inventory and has experiences in ERP software (Glovia G2).
