PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE - HOME APPLIANCES

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Review, adhere and ensure the project business processes to be effective and up to date. Maintain the coordination with the relevant parties involved directly or indirectly towards the project.
• Participation in meeting - Tender interviews and/or contract negotiation meetup.
• Discussion within project team on the site coordination and the progress.
• Arrangement of delivery planning and coordination.
• Cooperation with site coordinator to plan, execute and monitor the deliveries.
• Coordination with the logistic team to come out with a well-planned shipment (inward) as well as proper arrangement of stock to project sites (outward).
• Follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Coordinate with project administrator on tender bond, performance bond, progressive claim, retention sum etc.
• Full understanding and close monitoring of verification for the progress claim, tender form, variation orders and price evaluation of projects.
• Preparation of product specifications and information as requested by customers.
• Be in the chain of communication for any technical issue report to customer service from the site and take action to remind should there no reply within a stipulated period.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in any field.
• Preferable 2 years' experience in project sales.
• Possesses the knowledge to comprehend the architect drawing and able to propose alliances for quotation.
• Own car and willing to travel.
