Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) procedures for M&E works.
Review and verify Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and quality documentation.
Conduct inspections for mechanical and electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
Monitor site activities and workmanship quality.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
Prepare and maintain QAQC reports, inspection records, material approvals, and test reports.
Ensure all M&E works comply with local regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
Participate in testing, commissioning, and final handover inspections.
Identify non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and timely project completion.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3-8 years of QAQC experience in construction projects.
Experience in M&E systems including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, and ELV systems.Familiar with QAQC procedures, ITP, method statements, material inspections, and testing & commissioning activities.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems will be an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and under tight project schedules.
