JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To coordinate, prepare and conduct product training as well as launches to internal/external customers
- To support in local sales/services for activities for customers such as seminars, webinars, product demonstration, and customer consulting
- To analyse the training gaps and requirements for the Sales/Service force in the region
- To be proactively organize, and provide onsite, remote and classroom training to all sales/service personnel; at times to customers inline with Global training curriculum.
- To develop and update training materials (e.g. presentation slides, video, white papers) and provide efficent local customization
- To provide prompt and expert on application and product support mainly on industrial weighing solution (hardware and software) to the sales and services personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Automation, Control Instrumentation System, Technical Equipment process, PLC Data Communication, MS SQL, C#, C++,
- Excellent and strong communication skills in English, and Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong presentation skills and trainer experince with confidence and charisma
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Technical Support, Trainer or Service environment serving customers in manufacturing industry, including F&B, Chemical and Pharmaceutical
- Confident and willing to interact with International contacts
- Willing to travel (Asia and Internationally)
- Must have valid driving license
