JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Industry: Manufacturing of food products
- Organization and control of maintenance and preventive repair of equipment
- Ensuring trouble-free operation of production equipment
- Improving equipment reliability
- Ensuring a constant increase in the level of technical training of controlled processes, their efficiency, reduction of material, financial and labor costs of the processes of repair and maintenance of equipment
- Maintenance of preventive maintenance systems and processes within the framework of a computerized maintenance management system ( SAP Plant Maintenance )
- Development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving the reliability of production processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or its equivalent.
- 5 years experience in managerial position.
- Experience in the food or oleochemical industry.
- Familiar with ERP/SAP.
- Knowledge of diagnostic methods.
- Good command of English.
- Good leadership quality.
