- Location : Kuala Lumpur (Near Public Transport)
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and recommend effective automation solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and user guides.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation workflows.
Participate in AI and intelligent automation initiatives, including OCR, document processing, and workflow optimization.
Ensure automation solutions comply with IT governance, security, and quality standards.
Support users with automation-related issues and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong experience in UiPath RPA Development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent VBA Programming skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access Database development.
Experience in process automation, workflow design, and data manipulation.
Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
