Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the marine and offshore market
Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, operators, shipyards, contractors, and key stakeholders
Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and lead commercial negotiations
Collaborate closely with internal technical, operations, and logistics teams to deliver effective solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates for management
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client engagements
Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members when required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business pipelines
Strong understanding of marine services, equipment, or vessel-related solutions
Proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Established network within the marine/offshore industry
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Leadership capability with a collaborative approach
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
