A Malaysia‑based company with a long‑established presence in the regional food distribution and trading business. This role is responsible to develop and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve the company's revenue goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of strategies
Analysing market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and drive sales
Collaborating with the product and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities, and making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies
Representing the company at industry events and networking with key stakeholders to build relationships and generate new leads
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the same industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
