JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales growth for fresh fruits and vegetables across retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, HORECA customers, and distributors.
Lead promotions, seasonal campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches.
Work closely with procurement, QC, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure supply continuity and product quality.
Identify new business opportunities and track sales performance, forecasts, and profitability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven background in fresh produce, FMCG, or perishable food sales is essential.
Able to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with modern trade and B2B customers.
Knowledge of sourcing, seasonality, cold chain, and quality control is a strong advantage.
Capable of managing a sales team and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Commercial mindset with ability to grow revenue, manage margins, and expand market presence.
