JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To get familiarize with the operations of all the products – software and hardware
- To provide technical support in all hardware and software of the company to both dealers and end-users
- Attend the queries from agents and clients on problems encountered
- Provide feedback on any shortcoming or problems with software and hardware
- Liaise with product support group for solutions on problems encountered
- Provide technical training to agents and clients on software and hardware
- Test, evaluate and provide feedback on new instruments to HQ
- Provide feedback and market research to Manager
- Assist in developing marketing programme and promotions
- Specialized on high-end products such as UAV/ Scanner/ Robotic Total stations
- Achieve Sales target
- Ensure payment collection in a timely manner
- Market Expansion
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate / Junior Sales Engineer with 1-2 years experiences in heavy machinery equipment
- Certificate / Diploma for mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering
- IT skills required PC Software, Instrument firmware Data downloading & uploading, electronics, Optics OR mechanical
