JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop market penetration plans and strategies for assigned and new territories.
- Develop relationship with key and new potential customers.
- To work closely with all departments to facilitate daily routine activities.
- Administer pricing requests by customers, according to general guidelines.
- Monitor market demand, pricing changes and analysis of competitive pricing information.
- Gather market and competitors’ intelligence (prices, product development, market strategies).
- Translate guidelines and market dynamics into pricing and market strategies to maximize company profits.
- Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales targets.
- Support yearly sales budget planning.
- Responsible for customers’ payments’ monitoring & collection.
- Submission of monthly sales & market reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of Industrial Sales experience.
- Must have experience in B2B and able to assimilate into B2C business model.
- Having strategic selling skill sets would be an added advantage.
- Able to responsive to a quick moving working environment with regards to enquiries from external and internal customers.
- Able to engage and hold a conversation with others.
- Self-confident, independent and co-operative.
- Willing to travel.
