Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for one or more of the following business areas:
Products for the electronics industry
Metal components for motorcycle and automotive engines
Mechanical and electrical parts for home appliances (motors, electrical components, etc.)
Films for the building materials industry
Other industrial products
New customer acquisition and new product/business development

Language Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory
Japanese language ability is an advantage
Required Experience
Sales experience in industrial products, machinery, components, materials, or related fields is preferred.
Bonus & Salary Review
Performance Bonus: Once per year (approximately 1.0 to 2.5 months' salary, subject to performance)
Annual Salary Increment: Once per year in April
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Leave Entitlements
Annual Leave: 14 to 18 days
Medical Leave: 14 to 22 days
Half-day leave applications are permitted
Leave entitlement varies based on years of service
Probation Period
3 months from the date of joining
Confirmation may not be granted if the employee has more than three instances of unexplained or unreported lateness or early departures during the probation period.

Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and overseas for business purposes
Own vehicle required
Vehicle may be registered for business use
