Support sales and business development activities within the marine, offshore, and related industries
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including prospecting, follow-ups, and lead generation
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with internal teams
Conduct product presentations and promote company solutions to customers
Assist in negotiating pricing and commercial terms under guidance from senior sales members
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report insights to management
Participate in customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events when required
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM or internal systems
Work closely with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related fields
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in marine, offshore, oil & gas, or industrial solutions
Familiarity with marine equipment, offshore services, or technical products is an advantage
Mandarin-speaking capability is required, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a team-oriented environment
Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to learn
Comfortable with basic commercial discussions and negotiations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Willingness to travel when required
