JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategies marketing approach.
- Identify business opportunities and target markets.
- Identify each potential customer’s needs.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Attend to all sales inquiry, sales routine visits, cold calling, provide professional materials/product knowledge and etc.
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate more business opportunities.
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals.
- To approach new customers for company's materials/products.
- To provide customers with good service and supports.
- Provide customers with effective solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- To report to Reporting Manager and follow-up tasks delegated.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally possess a Degree from a recognized university, or at least Diploma/ Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in related field.Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation.
- Able to work and initiate things independently.
- Self-motivated, fast learner.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant personality, independent and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has sense of responsibility.
- Preferably minimum 3 years of sales experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
