JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will assist the Business Development/Sales Manager oversee and manage the department
- You will secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customer’s request and ensure customer’s satisfaction
- You will prepare quotations pertaining to Airfreight, Sea-freight, Trucking, Warehousing, etc according to customers’ requirements. Requisition and negotiation of rates from Airlines/GSA, Shipping Lines/co-loaders/NVOCC and related industry sub-contractors
- You will send sales leads to overseas group offices and agents to generate additional businesses overseas
- You will need to secure Routing Order import and prepare shipping instruction for all nominated inbound shipments for both air & sea
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in any field.
- You must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- You must have a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in Sales preferably from the freight forwarding industry or from a 3PL
- You must possess your own transport and is willing to travel throughout the Klang valley
- Has excellent interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
