JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop annual business plan, determining sales strategy and activity goals.
Maximize the sales activity and business development for top priority products.
React in time on new developments in the market.
Evaluate surfactant market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of global sales and profitability.
Realize commercial target by concluding transactions worldwide.
Dealing with commercial complaints, solving customer/ agents issue.
Enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing or its equivalent.
5-8 years of sales experience in palm oil/ oleochemical industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Malaysian only.
